Just how do you get a blue fawn Frenchies? They must inherit the fawn gene on the A-locus + two copies of the dilute gene on the D-locus. This creates the beautiful champagne fawn color like Izzy.
Blue Fawn Pied French Bulldogs
In order to express the pied coloring the above criteria must be met + two copies of the pied genes on the on the S-locus.
Blue Fawn Merle French Bulldogs
In order to be Blue Fawn Merle they must inherit the blue fawn genes mentioned above + at least one copy of the merle gene on the M-locus.
