How do you ship packages?
Packages are typically shipped from our store based in Colorado and shipped through USPS. A few items, we have shipped directly to you from the manufacturer.
If you have purchased a puppy from us, we will have all items for you ready at pick up. Because of logistics some items require for us to mail them.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We provide shipping to the 48 continental states in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

The United States 10-20 Business days. If we have all items in stock it can be as little as 5 days. If we have to order items, we will ship the entire promptly after all items are received.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Typically yes. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
